Guided Hiking

Step onto lava fields still cooling from the planet's youth, follow cliffside trails to nesting colonies, or cross a beach that hasn't changed since Darwin walked one like it. Our naturalist guides set the pace to the group and the terrain, layering each walk with insight, not just distance covered — so the miles matter as much as the moments they lead you to.

Snorkeling

Slip beneath the surface of the Galápagos Marine Reserve, where cool and warm currents collide to create one of the richest waters on Earth. Glide alongside sea turtles, playful sea lions, and the marine iguana — the only lizard on Earth that feeds in the sea.

Kayaking and Paddleboard

Paddle into coves and mangrove channels too shallow and too quiet for any larger vessel to reach. After a short briefing, our guides set you loose at your own rhythm — single or double kayak, or standing on a paddleboard — for a closer, slower vantage on the coastline, and the wildlife that rarely strays far from it.

Zodiac Excursions

Board our low-impact zodiacs — panga, in local terms — to explore where the yacht cannot follow: hidden grottos, mangrove estuaries, and shorelines too delicate for a full landing. These are some of the most intimate wildlife encounters of the voyage, guided by naturalists who know exactly where and when to look.

Birdwatching

Home to some of the richest birdlife on the planet, Galápagos rewards patience with spectacle: blue-footed boobies mid-courtship dance, frigatebirds inflating scarlet pouches, flightless cormorants that traded flight for the sea generations ago. Our guides bring the field expertise to find them and the storytelling to explain why each one evolved exactly as it did.

Walk among the archipelago's namesake giants in the highlands they've called home for centuries. Some individuals here predate every operator in this category — a living reminder of the timescale Galápagos moves on, and the patience it asks of anyone passing through. Our guides bring the conservation context that turns a sighting into an understanding.

Up-Close Wildlife Encounters

The park's distance rules are real, but nothing here has learned to fear you — so the animals set the distance themselves. Sea lions surface beside you, mockingbirds land at your feet, and marine iguanas stay exactly where they are as you pass.
